이런 오류가 떨어지면

1) 서버에 DB가 동작하는지 확인
2) 서버에 DB가 동작하면 혹시 서비스로 올려놨는지 확인
3) tbboot clean 명령어 입력 (이건 force yes로 하는 게 나은 듯...)

하면 해결되는데 나는 1) 2) 해결 해도 안 되어서 클린 했음...
